It may sound cliché, but I really do have a passion for helping and showing people the benefits of owning real estate and how it can build financial security. It’s this passion that drives me to continually improve myself and my real estate practice. The focus of my real estate business is to serve my clients and align with their goals to provide the best possible outcome. I must be doing a good job as most of the business comes from past clients or referrals.
It started in 1997, my wife and I bought our first home, and then a few years later our first of many rental properties. I got my real estate license in 2006 and began a full-time career helping others buy and sell property. I’ve been fortunate to help many clients successfully buy and sell homes and multiple types of investment properties. This hands-on experience and being active in the market in multiple ways directly benefits my clients in their transactions. They know they can rely on me for relevant market information so they can make educated decisions.
As a Colorado native and growing up in Golden, I’ve experienced the tremendous growth of our state and know the metro Denver area well. In my free time, I enjoy trying new coffee shops, hiking, motorcycling, working out, and being outside with my wife of 20+ years and my two teenage daughters.

Kirk was amazing from start to finish! As first time homebuyers we didn’t know what we were fully getting into and Kirk was fantastic about helping us navigate through the entire process. Whether it was educating us, taking us to endless showings, or helping guide us through the negotiation and inspection/closing process he was tremendous every step of the way.
